Story
Mister Milo came into rescue as an owner surrender after his previous owner's work schedule kept him away from home for long periods. His foster has cared for him since July and describes him as a gentle, friendly dog who enjoys the comforts of home and a relaxed lifestyle.
Mister Milo is comfortable around adults, children, and cats, and he can coexist with other dogs. However, he can become possessive of toys, bones, or treats and may react vocally when another dog approaches something he considers his. He is not described as having issues around his regular meals. A home without a constant rotation of visiting animals would likely be the best fit for him, allowing him to settle into a predictable routine and receive consistent guidance.
Mister Milo is a lovely mix of laid-back companion and occasional playful pup. He enjoys his downtime just as much as his moments of fun and would thrive with a family who appreciates his gentle nature, understands his need for help with sharing valued items, and can provide a calm, stable environment.
Mister Milo has so much love to give and deserves a forever home where he can feel safe, secure, and truly part of the family.
