While he may not be the best at guarding livestock or bunnies, Big John takes his role as a lazy protector seriously. He's a social butterfly who adores meeting new dogs and engaging in playful antics. Big John is also a great listener who loves to tilt his head in understanding when spoken to. With a name like Big John (or Johnny for short), this affectionate pooch is ready to charm his way into your heart and bring joy to your days with his gentle nature and loving personality. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted.
