Story
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA:  Silver is a gorgeous Russian Blue male  who after living on his own, has adjusted to indoor life remarkably well.  He has discovered the joy of a neck massage and really knows how to lean in! He is confident, observant, and communicative, and enjoys relaxing in his cat bed on the couch.  Most striking is Silver’s gaze – he looks right into your eyes. Silver was born in approximately 2011 and is healthy, neutered, and vaccinated. As a shy boy, the right home will be with someone who has patience for a shy kitty while he transfers his trust to you, and who can spend time with him, lavishing him with love & attention.  You will be rewarded!   Watch Silver's YouTube video here: https://youtu.be/AQC4xMrik1E Silver is in a foster home in Contra Costa County, CA  To learn more about Silver, and if you have experience with ferals, please contact Marcia at mslack199@gmail.com or 510-734-9924.  May 5, 2024, 5:27 pm

Story
ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA:  Scarlett & Hamilton are a lovely bonded pair, looking for their furrever home together. They are just about a year old, a bit shy, and would love to be adopted together. They are very bonded! As explained by their foster: "It did take them a while to come into the open from their safe space under our sofa. But, once out, they have enjoyed exploring around the house. They love to play. They both love wand toys, as well as small, foam balls they can kick around the floor! Scarlett and Hamilton would do best in a home with older children, approximately 10 years or older. With their shyness, young children and their energy might be too much. But older children who enjoy playing with cats and cat toys might do fine. These kitties are both on the smaller side. Scarlett is a gorgeous grey (Russian Blue mix), and her fur is super soft! Hamilton is a tabby with beautiful markings. He really loves to play with his wand toy. One thing that really draws them out are bird videos on YouTube. Hamilton gets especially chatty when watching. So cute to watch!! Because Scarlett and Hamilton are shy, it might take some time and patience for them to warm up to their new family. But, good things come to those who are patient! Trust is the name of the game when acclimating new family members, and trust does take time. Once they know you are trustworthy, you'll be rewarded with funny, playful, sweet kitties for a lifetime!" Scarlett and Hamilton were born in approximately May 2022. They have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date on their shots. This is a Courtesy Post, and Scarlett & Hamilton are with Angus & Friends, Inc., in Castro Valley, California.
