Meet Sky, a sweet and lovable 3-year-old Russian Blue mix who is an absolute delight! 💕
This beautiful girl is full of love and adores affection. Once she feels comfortable, she is quick to seek out attention and will happily soak up all the pets you have to offer. She especially loves head and face pets, chest rubs, and belly rubs. If she wants more attention, she may even rear up on her hind legs to deliver the cutest, most enthusiastic little headbutts to your hand!
Sky had to have her right eye removed due to an infection, but don't let that slow her down! She gets around just fine and navigates her environment with ease. She is a happy, playful girl who doesn't let having one eye stop her from enjoying life.
Sky can take a little time to adjust to new people and animals. She may spend her first few days hiding and observing her surroundings, but once she knows she is safe, she will come out and show you her affectionate personality. She is the perfect combination of loving and independent. Sky is perfectly happy entertaining herself by chasing her toys around, relaxing in her favorite bed, or enjoying some quiet time in her cozy crate or nest box.
Sky is also wonderfully easygoing. She has no problem being picked up, held, or carried, and she is doing well with the resident cats in her foster home. She enjoys having a space of her own where she can retreat for some peaceful downtime, but she doesn't mind sharing her space with the other cats—as long as they don't overstay their welcome!
Sky could be a wonderful companion for someone who works during the day. She is comfortable spending time on her own and will happily entertain herself, but when you return, she will be ready to come out and enjoy some quality attention.
With her playful personality, gentle nature, and love for affection, Sky truly is a joy to have around. Give this sweet girl a little time to settle in, and you'll discover a loving companion who will happily reward you with purrs, headbutts, and plenty of affection. ❤️

All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
