We rescued him from some man down the street. The man was admitted into a long-term facility and the dog(Ruger) was left tied to a porch with an electrical extension cord. A neighbor was feeding him, but he was tied up 24/7. My husband & I decided to foster him with us. We have 2 dogs 1 small & 1 med. & several cats.) We got his Rabies vaccine & had him groomed due to him having extremely matted hair. He is the sweetest dog ever and he's fully house trained. He's 2 yrs old and loves kids. He is, however, hard to get in a vehicle. He had never been in one until we took him to the vet. He can jump a standard chain link fence. He has a lot of energy. A fenced yard, farm, family, walks (needs leash training). He's very affectionate. I'm disabled and we're 56 yrs old and live in a TINY duplex. He deserves better. He's truly an amazing dog. He's great with other dogs and cats. We just couldn't leave him tied up on that porch. I'm praying for him to find a loving FOREVER home 🏡 🙏 ❤️
