Lucio is very eager to meet his new family! This handsome boy has been a frequent flyer at the BCSPCA, and unfortunately his previous owner had to make the decision that they could no longer properly care for him. This last time Lucio arrived in our care he had really irritated skin due to a severe flea allergy. His flea allergy is under control with proper flea treatment.Lucio is a very happy boy and loves everybody he meets. This doesn't quite seem to be the same with other dogs. Lucio can be reactive to other dogs through fences, this may be a barrier issue, but he will need slow leash introductions to any future doggy friends. Recently he has gone for a walk with our long term resident dog Bea, and he did great walking next to her.We are unsure how he is with cats, and we believe he would do well in a home with older children, as he is such a typical happy wiggly lab.Thank you for your interest in adopting!
