Story
Meet Copper! Copper is the cutest doodle on the block if he does say so himself. He has had positive experiences with everyone, the youngest person being 7 years old. Copper has also spent some time at the dog park so he does play nice with other dogs. His favorite toys seem to be the ones that make any sort of noise so do consider buying him a squeaker of some sort to welcome him home. While Copper does love being outside, he does enjoy having a warm lap to curl up on once he's gotten his energy out. Copper is crate trained as well so if you ever need to leave the house without him he'll do great alone. Copper has a bit of a sensitive tummy so he is currently on a gastro diet. For more information on how to adopt, please call the shelter at 863 324 5227 to see if this pet is still available for adoption. Then come to the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 10:30 to 6 Tuesday through Friday, Saturday from 10:30 to 4 closed 1 to 2 for lunch and the last Friday of every month.

Story
Buster is a 3 year old boy who has a lot of energy. I got him from the Humane Society of Sarasota County. He weighed 50 pounds when I got him, and now he weighs 58 pounds. Vet says he should weigh 63-64 pounds, so he has a little bit more to go. He is a very loving boy, but has trouble with house training the most. I do have a crate for him, but all he does is cry and bark constantly. I unfortunately do not have the time with my job to get him full trained. I would love for him to have a loving home.
