Story
Molly is a 7 year old street rescue in need of a new home. She is a black lab mixed with beagle and blue heeler. She is incredibly smart and loving but is not getting the attention she deserves or exercise she needs in her current home. She does know basic commands, but it would not hurt for her to have some proper training. A home with a large yard to run around in would be ideal. She loves going to the dog park and lives for car rides and walks. In true black lab fashion, she loves the water and playing fetch. She is currently in a home with young children and does well with them however, she does have mild food aggression. Although she has quite a few years behind her, she is still full of life, and we would love to see her go to a home where she can live her remaining years as happily as possible.

Story
My good friend died after a battle with a rare liver disease. While she was in and out of the hospital a lab got in their yard and impregnated their part lab part American out mix. It was a harrowing time for the family. Eventually my friend died and her husband and 16 year old daughter were left with these sweet but very lively puppies. Her daughter is being called from school by animal control. There is no time to grieve the loss of her mother because of these dogs. I have called everywhere in their behalf. No one has room. Please help.

Story
We purchased this Lab at 6 weeks old from a pure breed lab as a playmate for our Golden Retriever. He will be 1 years old in May. My husband and I have recently divorced. He kept "Camden" and I moved out and kept our Golden. My ex husband works 12-14 hours a day and he's unable to provide the care/attention he requires. Camden is still in his "puppy" stage and in need of training and a place that has a yard to run in. He is house and create trained. He's a great family dog and gets along with others.

Story
Sally is a black Lab mix with the boundless energy of a spring-loaded slinky and the heart of a professional snuggler. She’s a pro at turning any moment into playtime—especially if there’s a ball involved. Her favorite hobby is playing catch, and she approaches each throw with Olympic-level enthusiasm, ears flapping, paws skittering, and tail wagging like a metronome set to “joy.”Like any puppy, Sally is still learning, but what truly shines is her sweetness and smarts. She’s the kind of dog who makes every day lighter, brighter, and a whole lot more fun—and she’s always ready to share cuddles after playtime.ADOPTION PACKAGEThank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven. Story
Bandit is a sweet, gentle, and handsome black Lab mix with a calm spirit and a heart full of quiet affection. He already knows his basic commands and is highly treat-motivated, making him a great candidate for continued training and bonding. Bandit loves to please and just needs a patient person to help him keep building confidence. He can be a bit shy on a leash and will benefit from some dedicated leash work, but with consistency and encouragement, he’ll continue to grow. Bandit would do best in a quiet home where he can feel safe and relaxed, and he prefers dogs his size or larger—no small dogs or cats. In the right environment, he’ll be a loyal and loving companion.ADOPTION PACKAGEThank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven.
