He is great at defending our home, keeping the coyotes and racoons away from our chickens. He was an outdoor dog when we received him and has remained so. Dodge is extremely friendly to everyone he meets, including children and other dogs. It’s only a few minutes before he rolls over so you can rub his belly. When we walk around our property, he stays nearby keeping watch. He alerted us to a copperhead during one of our walks (as seen in the pictures). He loves to play in the water and mud. Unfortunately, his prey instinct can be triggered by our chickens, and he has chased 2 into the woods. We can’t seem to break the instinct and need to rehome him.

Pearl is a little shy at first but warms quickly. She is friendly to all including children and dogs. She is great on walks and likes to keep one paw on your foot when resting. Pearl is the alpha and decides which squirrels need to be chased. Unfortunately, her prey instinct can be triggered by our chickens, and she has chased 2 into the woods. We can’t seem to break the instinct and need to rehome her.
