Story
Jake, lovingly known as Wiggle Wobbles, is a 4-year-old, 80-pound mixed-breed boy who may look big and sturdy, but inside he’s all softness and love. Based on his appearance and build, our best guess is that Jake is a Lab / Pit Bull–type mix, though like many true rescue dogs, his exact breed makeup is unknown. Jake was rescued from the streets of Fresno and has proven to be an incredibly gentle, affectionate soul. He is very submissive, calm, and low-energy — the kind of dog who prefers lounging nearby over chaos or constant activity. He’s happiest relaxing in the house, stretching out on his bed, or quietly enjoying time with his people. One of the most special things about Jake is his bond with his son. They share a deep, loving connection, and Jake is a devoted, protective father figure. Ideally, they would be adopted together, as they bring comfort and stability to one another — but Jake would also do well in a calm home with yard access where he can continue his peaceful routine. Jake does well with people, is affectionate and gentle, and has an endearing way of wiggling his whole body when he’s happy (hence the nickname!). He is house trained, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. He ignores cats, does fine with most dogs, and prefers a quiet, predictable environment. Fireworks don’t bother him, and he handles being home alone just fine. Jake would thrive in a laid-back home with someone who appreciates a mellow companion — a dog who doesn’t demand much, but gives a whole lot of love in return. If you’re looking for a calm, loyal best friend with soulful eyes and a heart of gold, Jake may be your perfect match. If you’re interested, go to diggs4dogs.com and fill out an application.

Story
Meet Remi 🤍 Remi has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She was raised in a loving home alongside two other dogs and has grown into a sweet, loyal, and deeply affectionate girl. She’s been raised and lives on an acre of land, enjoying both indoor and outdoor life, and she truly thrives being close to her person. Remi is house-trained, obedient, and incredibly loving and loyal- she will be your constant companion and biggest fan. Remi would do best in a home where she can be the only pet. She would not tolerate a cat and can be a bully to another female dog, and for everyone’s safety and happiness, she would do best as the sole animal in the home. In the right environment, she absolutely shines and gives so much love. Due to a recent divorce I have moved from our property, and cannot bring her where I am. It is with a heavy heart that I’m posting this and my desire is to find her the perfect home where she can thrive and live the life she deserves.

Story
The ears have it! So cute and ears go in every direction depending on what's going on. We brought Pinky home to be a companion for our dog. She is about 8-9 months old. She is house trained and good in the house and car. She is very bright and affectionate. She likes to go for walks and is good on the leash. I haven't seen her with cats but she chases squirrels and I'm pretty sure she would chase cats. She likes to play with dogs, chase, tug and wrestle. She will bark at first meeting but when off leash she will play with the other dog. She loves meeting people and likes playing with kids. Unfortunately our already established dog has shown aggression to the puppy and we need to re-home her to a safer environment. This has been the hardest decision and breaks our hearts to even write this, our hope is that a family will love and cherish her the way we do.

Story
MAGGIE MAY DOB: 01.01.2021* 49.0 lbs (as of 08/05/2021) Maggie is Awesome! She is friendly, super sweet, extemely loving, wants to please, good with other dogs (NO CATS). She listens well and loves to get love. Tummy rubs are her favorite. She also gives great kisses. She hasn't quite got the 'ball' game down yet. She's happy to chase it, stand over it, look at you and smile as she runs back to you (without the ball) to get/give love. You would be hard pressed to find a better companion. Lots of energy to keep up with you, but happy to lay by your side a watch a movie (just don't forget her tummy rub!). She is house broken, crate trained, fully vaccinated spayed and microchipped. As with all Paw Printz dogs, we will provide free training, if any is needed in her new home, and we will take her back at any time if it doesn’t work out for any reason. If you think Maggie would be the perfect addition to your home, send an email to: PawPrintzRescue@gmail.com and request an application. Adoption Fee: $200 Adoption Requirements: Application, Interview, Homecheck THIS DOG IS LOCATED NEAR FRESNO, CA *Age is always a guess with rescue dogs but here at Paw Printz we believe everyone should have a birth day so when the vet guesses at their age, we work out what would be a good birthday for each dog and make it so!
