Dahlia is great! She’s fixed. House trained but loves the couch. Wife is actually allergic to dogs dander and unfortunately so are one of my kiddos. Loves long walks on a leash. Hates fireworks. Possibly has anxiety. The goal is to get her to a great loving home. Also kennel trained.

Bruce was adopted and raised with a small child. He needs a home to enjoy his adventures with no small children. He's housetrained and a good boy. His mom Raven was dumped pregnant and was just adopted. He's a little shy at first. He just turned one year old. He loves the outdoors and being a couch potato.

Story
🐾 Meet Coco — A Survivor Learning What Love Feels Like 🐾 Coco is a senior boy with a story that still doesn’t feel real 💔➡️💗 For five years, Coco survived along the I-5 corridor near Firebaugh — living off scraps, avoiding people, and somehow staying alive through it all. So many tried to help him over the years… but he was always just out of reach. That is, until his story finally changed 🙏 After dedicated searching, long hours, and a carefully adjusted plan — Coco was safely trapped and brought into care. For the first time in years… he could finally rest. 🩷 And rest he did — his first real sleep lasted over 24 hours --- 🩺 Since rescue, Coco has: ✔️ Gained weight and strength ✔️ Begun trusting his surroundings ✔️ Started showing his personality more each day ✔️ Learned that he is finally safe He’s gone from pure survival mode… to slowly discovering comfort 💗 --- 🐶 Coco Today: • Quiet and observant • Starting to “talk” and express himself • Enjoys being outside and near his people • Has formed a special bond and continues to build trust at his own pace He is still learning, still healing — and everything is on his timeline --- 🏡 What Coco Needs: • A patient, experienced home (when he’s ready) • A calm, secure environment • Someone who understands trauma and will allow him to continue building trust Coco is not being rushed. After everything he’s been through, he deserves the time and space to truly feel safe. --- Coco didn’t just survive… he endured the unimaginable. Now, he’s finally getting the chance to live 💔🐾 🙏 Please consider supporting his ongoing care or sharing his story #PinkyPaws #Coco #SeniorDog #RescueDog #SurvivorDog

Story
⚠️ EXPERIENCED ADOPTER NEEDED ⚠️ 💔 Meet Max — 12 Years Old, Deserves a Second Chance 📅 August 21, 2024 — Max was surrendered to us after a life with little to no socialization. His owner moved to the East Coast… and never came back for him. Max came in with a lot of confusion and fear, along with trigger-based behaviors and reactivity in certain situations — especially around new people and other dogs inside the home. For safety, we had to move him to an outdoor kennel setup. 💔 But that is not the life he deserves. 🐾 Who Max Is Max is a 12-year-old boy who has had to learn everything later in life. Despite his past, he has made progress. ✔️ Bonds deeply once he trusts ✔️ Loved “his boy” ✔️ Initially struggled with men — but learned to trust and love my husband ✔️ With structure and training, he shows he can be a good dog He is not beyond help — he just needed someone to teach him. 🏡 What Max Needs Max will need an experienced adopter only — someone who understands behavior, boundaries, and how to safely continue building his trust. ✔️ Calm, structured environment ✔️ Slow introductions ✔️ No chaos or inexperienced handling ✔️ Someone willing to give him time, not give up on him 💔 Why He’s Still Here Max didn’t get the guidance he needed when he was younger… and now he’s paying the price for it. He’s a senior. He shouldn’t be spending the rest of his life in a kennel. 🩷 We are hoping for a foster or forever home that will give Max the chance he never had. 📩 Message us if you have experience and are willing to help change Max’s life.
