Oscar is looking for an owner who is up for some training. We would recommend crate training with Oscar, as he has destroyed furniture when left unattended in his previous home. Oscar would like a home rather than an apartment as neighbors might not appreciate his vocalization when left alone. Oscar has a lot of big feelings, and need an empathetic owner to help manage his anxiety. He needs a bit of training with his manners as he does pull hard on the leash and likes to jump up on people. He`s a friendly guy! He`s just too excited to keep his feet on the floor. Oscar would like to meet any canine friends before going home. He would not do well in a home with cats due to his prey drive. If you think Oscar might be your forever friend, then stop by the shelter for a visit!
