Meet Snickers! Snickers (black/brown 12 years young female) is heart worm positive with the some of the disadvantages of this ailment. Snickers will continue her slow-kill heart worm treatment provided by the rescue once adopted. But, no worries her heart worm status does NOT stop this spry, happy, lovable, lap warmer, adorable (large staring dark round eyes), very long legs, smart as a whip and playful youngster girl. She was caught with Skipper December 2022; with them being in advanced age, they had to be someone’s babies, especially to be in relatively good shape mentally as well as physically. They are great buddies, constantly playing. So, it would be advantageous if they could be adopted together. But, it isn’t required! A nice sized fenced yard would be great, also.   Only, the most perfect of home will she grace! Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
