Story
Meet Merle! This old buddy is 10-11 years old and 35ish lbs. he’s a chill old guy who’s excellent with dogs and cats. He’s low maintenance as they come and the only hitch is he doesn’t have 100% control over his bladder. He happily wears a belly band though so we can’t complain. If you’re looking for an easy going senior companion, this is your guy. Merle is part of our Senior Soulmate Program. If he is adopted by a senior citizen, a generous donor will sponsor his adoption fee, and he will come with six months of heart worm protection.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   October 1, 2025, 7:32 am

Story
Meet Ricky - Your New Best Friend in Miniature Form! Available for Adoption - Miniature Pinscher If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who will melt your heart and brighten your days, Ricky is your guy! This sweet miniature pincher is a world-class cuddler. He loves curling up in a tiny ball on your lap or snoozing right next to your leg. If cozy companionship is your love language, Ricky understands it perfectly. What Ricky Loves: • Cuddling - your lap, your side, your blanket... he's not picky! • Walks — he's curious and loves exploring the world beside you. • His People — especially women; he becomes very protective of those he bonds with. • Greeting you at the door — he does an adorable excited dance and can even stand on his hind legs! * Good Boy Credentials: • Fully house-trained • Crate-trained (but would love to sleep in your bed if allowed!) • Gives a helpful bark when someone is outside or when he hears a noise • Eats lightly — prefers little snacks throughout the-day instead of big meals A Few Quirks (that make him even more lovable): • He's not a fan of rain or snow (but who can blame him with those tiny paws!) • He can be timid around men at first, but can warm up with time and patience • Has a cute whimper when he wants your attention — and it's impossible to resist Who Should Adopt Ricky? Someone who wants a sweet, loyal, snuggly companion who will be by their side through thick and thin. Someone patient, kind, and ready to give him a warm, safe place to call home. If you're looking for a new best friend who will love you deeply and faithfully, Ricky is ready to meet you. * Adopt Ricky — and give this precious boy the forever home he deserves!

Story
Meet Delta 🌸 Delta is a 7-year-old female Dachshund/Jack Russell mix weighing just 14 pounds, and she is an absolute sweetheart. She has spent the past seven years in the same loving home with her best friend Willow, and while they would love the chance to be adopted together, Delta is open to the right home on her own if it’s the perfect fit. Delta has a gentle, loving personality and enjoys being part of whatever is going on around her. She’s affectionate without being demanding and makes a wonderful companion for both quiet evenings and everyday routines. Delta is well past the puppy stage and has settled into being a calm, well-mannered girl. She does great with kids, other dogs, and cats, making her an easy addition to a variety of households. Delta’s sweet nature and friendly spirit make her a joy to be around, and she’s ready to bring love and companionship to her forever home. Bonus: Delta shares a special bond with Willow, an 8-year-old Dachshund. These two are the sweetest and would be overjoyed to continue their journey together if possible
