Foster location: Green Bay Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Meet Ferb! King of boisterous bark and the sweetest heart! Ferb is a friendly boy who pals around with people and other dogs like its his job! While said bark isn’t a constant, you will hear it when someone is at the door or with other loud sounds. Please keep this in mind if you share a wall with neighbors.  Ferb enjoys the outdoors, but does need encouragement to head back inside after pottying given that he is new to our colder temperatures. He is currently donning a belly band indoors and will need continued dedication to a potty routine. Ferb will do some whining upon entering the kennel, but calms down after some time. He is food motivated and will be on your heels if you’re in the kitchen. While he does have some spry, young dog energy he is also a fan of couch cuddles. Ferb is going to make one household very lucky with his gentle nature and show of affection! Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.December 6, 2025, 1:48 pm

Story
Name: Phineas Age: 1 year Breed: dachshund/terrier mix Gender: male Weight: 22 lbs Good with kids: not fostered with, but happy go lucky so likely is Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: not fostered with Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Green Bay Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Phineas is an enthusiastic guy who will melt you with his eyes, and make god use of every toy. He has been friendly with all dogs in the foster home, and gentle enough to play with those smaller than him. He is learning to take cues when another dog isn’t interested in making best friends, and hasn’t had an unkind grumble leave his mouth. Phineas has been wearing a belly band indoors as he gets the hang of keeping the tinkles outside. He enjoys the outdoors, but came from a warmer climate and is learning to do his business and come back into the house rapidly on these cold days. Food and treats are always a motivator, and we are working on perfecting his manners when he is curious about what you are eating.  He has been sleeping in a kennel at night, but it does take him time to relax and tuck in for the night. He will bark good morning when he hears you up and about, and the same goes for getting home from work. Due to his vocal range (not an excessive barker, but a powerful one) apartment living would not be the most suitable for Phin. This sweet boy has a lot of love to share with a dedicated home ready to guide him through life. Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823.
