Story
Jasper is a four year old stray who showed up to our house a few years ago. We were not looking for a big dog, but since we lived on property, he easily adapted to an outdoor dog lifestyle. But we recently moved to a residential neighborhood, and while he has adjusted remarkably well, we have three small and old dogs who are intimidated by his size, which is unfortunate because he absolutely loves everyone - people, kids, and dogs! He is a man of simple needs who loves to go on walks and be snuggled. He is chill and not destructive. He would thrive in a home where he could have another dog who actually wanted to play with him! He is so sweet and people frequently stop on the street to admire him - and he loves the attention! He could continue to be an outdoor dog, or adapt to an indoor lifestyle. We have been reluctant to re-home him because we love him so much, but we ultimately want what is best for him!
