Meet Baby Dirt!This extra special boy has come such a long way—and now he’s ready to find a family to call his very own! Baby Dirt is a 4.5 month old Great Pyrenees mix (with maybe a little Border Collie in there?) who is expected to grow into a BIG, beautiful boy!Baby Dirt arrived at our shelter as a stray alongside his mom, Momma Dirt and they were never claimed by an owner. These pups were found dirty, underweight, very hungry. We don’t believe Baby Dirt had ever been handled by humans before coming into our care, but despite his tough start, this resilient pup is learning every day that life can be full of love, safety, and joy!Now, Baby Dirt is blossoming into a happy, curious puppy who is beginning to embrace the world around him. He may still need a little time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, his sweet and playful personality shines through. He loves gentle pets, is eager to bond, and is ready to join his people on all kinds of adventures!Baby Dirt does well with other friendly dogs of all ages and sizes, and he may even do well in a home with a confident, dog-savvy cat. Because he’s still building confidence, he would thrive in a patient and understanding home that can continue to guide him with kindness and positive reinforcement!This boy has already overcome so much—and he has so much love left to give. If you’re ready to help a gentle soul continue his journey and grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be, Baby Dirt just might be your perfect match!
