Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adoption Fee: $450.00  Phoebe is a gorgeous 7-month-old German Shepherd mix with a heart as big as her ears! This sweet girl is already off to a fantastic start—she has great potty manners, sleeps well in her crate through the night, and is learning the ropes on a leash. With a little consistency, she’s going to truly shine! Phoebe also loves a good game of fetch and would be thrilled to have a family who will play and keep her active. We have recently discovered she loves to play in water, too! One of her favorite things in the world? Kids! She absolutely adores children and would make a wonderful family companion. Like any curious young pup, she does enjoy checking out what’s on the kitchen counter, so a little supervision there will go a long way as she continues to learn. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and playful addition to your family, Miss Phoebe just might be your girl New foster dogs need time to feel safe. They may be skittish or fearful, so always stay with them outside—even in fenced yards. Ensure collars and leashes fit securely to prevent escapes. Your gentle presence and protection help them feel loved and secure. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 13 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
