Maine Coon kittens & cats in Alaska

Adopted Augustus as a kitten August 2022. The following year he developed a crystal in his urinary tract that sent him to the emergency vet, he had to stay 3 days until he safely passed the crystal without needing surgery. He had a catheter for the 3 days and was on meds for a week after that which cause him incontinence issues while on meds. Unluckily my couch and some other furniture ended up victim while he was on meds. Fast forward a few years and we've lost a few dog beds to the cat deciding thats where hes going to go. He's got 2 cat pans, and we buy him the urinary tract dry food and he gets wet food every night and a water fountain but he still randomly has issues every now and then. I dont know if a change in environment will help him but I'm stretched to thin and need someone to take him. Has been living with a extra large dog and a 10 month old baby and has been fine no issues. I have also had my friend pet sit him at her house, he became best friends with her cat.
