Maine Coon kittens & cats in Plainfield, Indiana

Salem, is 3-4 yrs old. He is a quiet cat and huge cuddler. He enjoys cat trees, cat toys, and scratching post/boards. He loves to go outside. Urrebtly, I can let him out and he will always come back. So I believe he is a smart and intuitive cat. My allergies over time have become exacerbated and I am having difficulty breathing with the allergies. That is the reason we are looking to rehome. He does ok with other cats and dogs when introduced the appropriate way. Overall he is just very laid back.

I was a stray in a town where many of the people get cats just to play with when they are little and then kick them out when they get older. That is most likely what happened to me. I was a stray. It might have been that my family moved away and left me to fend for myself or I might have just been kicked out of the house. Don't mind my haircut. I was matted because no one cared for me. I was shaved and now I can start over with a beautiful coat. I have a great personality, I am a happy guy who loves pets and attention. I have been kept safe by my foster mama. She really loves me but can't keep me because of her dog. I hope to find a home of my own soon. I love catnip toys and kicker toys. I will love you and be your companion. He does tend to be the more dominant cat and would do best without another male cat (other than his brother Richard). Tupac can be shy at first but will come around for pets and snuggles. He likes to hide under blankets or climb the highest part of the house he can reach. He loves to play with his toys and sit outside in the warmth to watch the birds. He has always been an indoor cat. He would not do well with dogs. He does okay with children and generally stays away from them, but would probably prefer a home without them. He gets the zoomies and will run circles for about 30 minutes every night. He also loves to put his paw in water (no open cup is safe!). Tupac is a good, fluffy, snuggly boy.He has a brother named Richard. They enjoy each other's company but are not inseparable.
