Because of this, he’ll do best in a home that’s easy for him to navigate but he gets around just fine and has plenty of love and personality to share. He can be sensitive to loud noises, so a calm, cozy environment will help him feel safe and relaxed. Nicky gets along well with other cats especially his best friend Jazzy, who he must be adopted with and he’s also comfortable with small dogs. He’s great with kids too, making him a gentle and adaptable companion. Meet Bella & Guinness – A Bonded Pair of Golden-Hearted Seniors Looking for Their Human! Some friendships are meant to last a lifetime, and Bella and Guinness are proof of that. Bella (approximately 16 years young) and Guinness (approximately 13 years young) have spent their lives together and are searching for a home where they can continue sharing sunny afternoons, cozy naps, and all the love they have to give. These two are truly the total package. They are affectionate, playful, gentle, and have impeccable house manners. Whether they're stretched out in a warm sunbeam, batting around a favorite toy, snuggled up together for a nap, or curled beside you on the couch, Bella and Guinness bring a quiet joy that only comes from cats who know exactly who they are. They have had dentals, senior bloodwork and Bella has been grroomed! Bella does have one special consideration: she is diabetic. The good news is that she is beautifully regulated and does wonderfully with her care routine. She receives insulin twice daily and is an absolute superstar when it comes to glucose testing. Her care is much simpler and more affordable than many people expect, with her insulin costing approximately $20 every six weeks. She enjoys a primarily canned food diet with just a small measured amount of crunchies each day and is thriving. If you've never cared for a diabetic cat before, don't let that scare you away.
