**COURTESY POST** Meet Chrissy. She is a 5 yr old, 6 lb Maltese. She is with one of our rescue partners and came from a breeder. She loves to sleep with her human at night and she would love to be snuggled all day! She is potty trained and has been recently groomed. She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative & microchipped. Who wants to be this 4 1/2 lb, 2 yr old, cutie pie's person?? Harrison is waiting, impatiently, for that permanent lap to cuddle on & that pillow to share every night. He even does a little dance so you will pick him up. Harrison has been with the rescue 6 weeks since he was surrendered because mom was unable to care for him due to her medical issues. We know his momma loved him dearly and he was her constant companion. He gets along fine with other dogs but sure would enjoy being the center of someone's universe. Harrison is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative & microchipped. His adoption fee is $500. Welcome Pablo and Nikky! These two seniors came to us after their owner,unfortunately, had to go into assisted living. The whole family is devastated that they had to be surrendered but knew it was what was best for them. Nikky has lived her whole life with her owner so now she is confused about what is happening and is a little slower to trust than Pablo. However ....pull out some treats and bam best friendship level is coming. She also does ok on leash and recently had bloodwork and a dental completed. I am told she loves her naps and while she doesn't mind any of the other animals here she doesn't seek them out to play or cuddle with. She has never been around kids so I'm going to say an adult home would be best for her. She is looking for a family that would give her a little time to settle in and not expect hugs and kisses right away. She is 13 years old and 18 pounds. Please share to find these seniors a forever home. They do not need to be adopted together as they are not a bonded pair. Pablo was added to the family a couple years ago and is now in a separate foster home.
