Jasper is heart worm negative and Chagas negative, healthy, and ready to start his next chapter with a loving family who will cherish him forever. Jasper is located at our shelter near San Antonio, TX and is available for transport to Chelsea, MI on June 20th with approved application and confirmed adoption. His adoption fee is $450. The fee includes transport cost.
