Willy has a gentle, loving personality and enjoys spending time close to his people. He loves cuddling, relaxing indoors, and playing with his favorite toys. While he can be protective of his toys around other dogs, he is happiest when he has a family of his own to spoil him with attention and affection. A home with a respectful teenager could be a great fit for Willy, but small children will be too overwhelming for him. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home, although he may do well with a calm, submissive female canine companion. Busy dog parks are not his style—Willy prefers a quieter lifestyle where he can feel safe and secure. Willy is learning household routines and is doing well with the command "Go Potty" and using a doggy door. He walks nicely on a leash and will need continued potty training and consistency as he settles into his new home.
