Story
**PLEASE READ BIO BEFORE APPLYING** He is an old man who spent his life as a breeder so is a nervous dog. He will need a fully fenced yard, he is not leash trained and will likely never be. Since Marlin lived his first 8 years in a crate, being used only for breeding, he is terrified of people. He would rather be seen and not touched. He needs a quiet home and another small friendly confident dog to show him around. He has been with his foster for over a year and has started walking outside and back in without having to be picked up, and doesn’t run when walked up to. There is not an aggressive bone in his body, but he is not going to be a dog that wants to snuggle anytime in the near future, or long walks in the park. The reward with owning a dog like Marlin is watching him come out of his shell and become a new dog. It just takes time.

Story
Meet Moonbeam! ✨ This adorable little ball of fluff was breeder surrendered after developing a cherry eye, and we’re making sure he gets everything he needs to thrive. As always, we will be completing all of his vetting, including neuter, vaccines, microchip, and surgical repair of his cherry eye once he’s big enough. Moonbeam is a 3-month-old Maltese weighing just 3 pounds, so he’ll need a little time to grow before his neuter and cherry eye surgery can safely be done. Because of this, he is available as a foster-to-adopt. He is super snuggly and incredibly sweet and loves being close to his people. Moonbeam is also an Ambassadog, meaning his higher adoption fee helps offset his medical care and supports other dogs with extra veterinary needs. In return, you get to love one of the cutest little pups around while making a big impact. If you’re looking for a tiny, loving companion, Moonbeam might be your perfect match. 🌙
