This charming breed melds the petite, spirited Maltese with the elongated, playful Dachshund, resulting in an endearing companion. Benny is set to celebrate his 4th birthday on May 29th. His beloved human mom, now struggling with dementia, could no longer provide care, though she cherished Benny since his puppy days. Benny is a serene fellow, not prone to excessive barking. He's well-mannered, relishes car rides, and enjoys strolls. When you're home, Benny seeks your company, offering cuddles and nudging your hand for affection. He's fond of treats, perhaps a tad too much, and might benefit from shedding a little weight. Benny is also proficient in basic commands like 'sit' and is house trained.
