Manx kittens & cats in Dade City, Florida

Man Man is a Manx cat and he is 3 years and 6 months old. He loves to be love up. He is not an outdoor cat. He gets along with other cats. He is a well behaved cat. As you can see in one of the pictures that Man Man can see other kitty’s on the TV and he will watch birds, big cats(tigers), and owls on the TV, I feel that he is intelligent and aware of his surroundings. He will give you joy and laughter.

Bob. The cat. The myth. The LEGEND.   The story goes Bob showed up one day at a nice lady's house, asking for a handout. He was already neutered but did not have a microchip and it did not appear anyone was looking for this sweet boy. We know some apartments nearby caught on fire recently, and it was soon after everyone moved out that Bob showed up. Rumor has it he single-handedly saved 3 children from the burning building and lost his tail in the fire, with only a nubbin left to wiggle in joy when he gets his ear scritchens. After all, he IS the same color as a dalmatian, right?  We're not saying this is true, it's just what we've heard. But what we DO know is this sweet gentleman deserves so much more than a life outside on a busy street, and we mean to help him find it!  We havent had him long; he seemed ok with other cats outside, but be sure to do any introdutions with other cats very slowly. He has not been around dogs or kids in our care yet. Gentle kids should probably be ok. He will likely hide when you first get him home; sit down nearby and "meow" to him; he will soon come out for some head boops! He LOVES wet food and so far seems to be pretty food motivated, too! ##2672428##

Charlie Manx showed up at my house about a year ago and became friends with another stray that showed up a little while before. I was able to find a home for his friend, but have not found one for Charlie yet. Charlie stays in my spare bathroom overnight to keep him safe from coyotes. Unfortunately I am at capacity with cats and cannot keep him. I have my 2 cats (one whom hates all other cats), plus 2 more strays Ive been trying to integrate into the fold for more than a year that stay in a guest bedroom overnight. Charlie is very sweet. He has no tail, or brains- but he makes up for what he lacks with floof. He loves to be brushed, and even tolerates getting his belly brushed. Im able to trim his back end, any mats that pop up, and even the fluff between his toes. He is a little skittish, but once he knows you hes fine. I dont know if hes a snuggler, but he will climb in my lap while Im brushing him. I think he was dumped, as he doesnt act like a regular stray cat.

This is my beautiful girl Sadie. A few months ago her human Dad passed away and now her human Mom is left brokenhearted and in need of finding a new home for her sweet girl to go to due to being down a second income in the household. Sadie is the perfect girl. She finds one human to attach herself to and that is her person. That person was definitely my husband. She absolutely loved him. While her human Dad was sick the last 5 years with stage 5 kidney failure, Sadie rarely left his side. She is a great companion. Good with elderly as well as kids and everything in between. She likes to chill out with her humans and is a very smart kitty. One of her most cute attributes is her little nubby tail, it lets you know when she’s happy or sad. She is in great health, had her vet visit and shots in May and will definitely be a great companion.
