Manx kittens & cats in Scott, Louisiana

Hey, I'm Wayne! I've been through a lot the last few weeks. My owner died suddenly, and his niece took me across the state to stay with them. They think I am part Manx, as that is what was told to us - but who knows! Unfortunately, their dog does not like me, even though I don't mind the constant barking. The barking is driving my new people insane. I was an inside/outside cat with my owner, but now that my new home has a dog inside, I can only stay outside. I am very sweet and affectionate, I enjoy rubbing up on everyone's legs and often jump into laps to get more pets. My new owner said she was impressed with me when I didn't make a single sound on my two hour transfer ride, I guess you could say I'm pretty great! I just need a home with a dog who doesn't mind me, or a home who doesn't have one at all! My new owner isn't sure how I get along with other cats, as they don't have any of their own and I was a single cat at my original owners.
