Meet Pixel! Pixel is a one-of-a-kind cat with a story as unique as his personality. He made his was here through our trap and release program. Curious, affectionate, and full of quiet charm, Pixel has a way of making himself known. His gentle nature and resilient spirit make him a wonderful companion. Pixel is a special needs adoption as he has been diagnosed with a spinal malformation called lordosis. This condition causes the spinal column over the chest to curve downward and then rise back up more dramatically than usual. Despite this structural difference, repeated veterinary exams have shown that he does not have any neurologic abnormalities at this time. Ongoing care will be important, and it’s recommended to discuss Pixel’s condition with your regular veterinarian to monitor his health and ensure he continues to thrive. Despite all of this, Pixel is an easygoing guy with a heart of gold. He takes life in stride, greeting each day with quiet optimism and a calm, loving presence. He doesn’t let his differences define him! Instead, they make him all the more special.
