Story
I need to find her a good home. She is a Manxs cat. She has Manxs syndrome. Which means she is born without a tail. She is sensitive to a lot of food and has soft stool more often. She likes belly rubs and very out going. She has been in indoor cat and has zero experience outside.i have a lot of cat stuff/ appliances to give for free. I am moving a lot because of jobs and lots of places don’t except pets and everything is just expensive now days.

Story
Start Small Your new kitten should begin in one small, quiet room such as a bathroom, bedroom, or office for at least the first several days to a week. This gives them time to decompress, learn where their litter box, food, and water are, and adjust to new sounds and smells without becoming overwhelmed. Even outgoing, friendly kittens can feel nervous in a brand new home. Starting small helps build confidence and prevents hiding or stress-related behaviors. Introducing Other Pets Please remember that slow introductions are extremely important, especially with dogs. Even the sweetest, friendliest dog can accidentally seriously injure or kill a small kitten if introductions happen too quickly. Excitement, prey drive, rough play, or size differences can turn dangerous in seconds. For the first week, your kitten should remain safely behind a closed door while pets become familiar with each other through scent and sound. After the first week, if everyone seems calm, you can begin short, supervised introductions using a baby gate so pets can safely see one another without direct contact. A proper introduction and full integration between a kitten and dog often takes 3–6 weeks (sometimes longer), depending on personalities. Go slow, supervise carefully, and always prioritize safety. Veterinary Care Most kittens will need to see a veterinarian within 14 days of adoption to continue their FVRCP vaccine series and to receive their rabies vaccine once they are old enough and big enough. Your veterinarian can help you determine the appropriate timing based on your kitten’s age and weight. Thank you for helping your new family member settle in safely. A slow start creates the best chance for a happy, confident kitty for years to come! Email adoptions@savedbyzade.com
