Story
Bob is a 1-year-old American Bobtail with the cutest little stubby tail and a personality that’s equal parts shy sweetheart and play machine. He may take a moment to size you up when you first meet, but once he realizes you’re friend material, he melts into a loving, affectionate companion. Bob absolutely loves being pet. Ear scratches? Yes please. Back rubs? Don’t stop. He tolerates being held, but he really prefers expressing his affection through play, pets, and hanging out beside you like your loyal little sidekick. And speaking of play… Bob is a toy enthusiast of the highest order. His absolute favorite is a worm toy with a bell at the end. The moment he hears that tiny jingle, it’s game on. He’ll leap, chase, pounce, and proudly show off his impressive hunting skills. He gets so excited during playtime, he can sometimes forget his manners and play a bit rough. For that reason, he would do best in a home without small children but he’ll thrive with adults or older kids who understand playful cats. Bob does okay with other cats and may enjoy a feline friend who can match his playful spirit. He hasn’t met dogs yet.   Bob would love a home where he can burn off his playful energy, receive lots of affection, and continue growing into the confident, happy boy he’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a fun, loving companion with endless personality and the cutest little tail around, Bob is ready to bounce into your life.   PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states.  Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application.
