Story
I have had Pandora since she was just a young kitten, she's always been a really sweet and affectionate cat. She likes being picked up and is always down for pets or playing. She's an extremely easy cat to brush as she will actively come straight too me if I pick it up. Pandora is familiar with a harness and leash but I don't get to take her outside as often as I should. She's also a 100% indoor cat, she should not be let outside as she's been inside her entire life. As well, she's very good at using the litter box and I've never had any trouble with her behavior wise. She's a mellow and loving cat. She gets along very well with my other three and is quite lovely with new people once she's got the chance to warm up to them. She hasn't been exposed to many dogs but she's not actively hostile.

Story
In September 2025, this cat was tied to a tree in my mother-in-law's neighborhood. On the same day I learned of this, she showed up at my truck that night about 10:00 meowing like crazy. She was very thin. She wasn't afraid of people and let me take her home. Once I verified with a neighbor that this indeed was the cat tied to the tree, I did not return her and have been fostering her ever since. I got her spayed, microchipped and her vaccinations are current. She is a healthy spunky cat. She LOVES to eat and will let you know if she is out of food. Her favorite toys are the ones with feathers, and at times she needs encouragement playing with her toys instead of your arm (playfully, of course). I don't think whoever had her before played toys with her, but she's getting the hang of it. She is absolutely petrified of other cats, but she's fine with my 75 pound lab. The vet thinks she's about one year old. She would be best with older children and adults.

Story
Dewey was rescued by me from a farm where many generations came before her, and when I moved, I took her, her mom, and all of her siblings with me. She is five years old. She began experiencing signs of Manx syndrome about a year ago. She needs typical Manx care. She is overweight and needs exercise, though she is very playful and likes to play and hunt. Her current symptoms include itchy skin and trouble with grooming. She has experience outdoors due to living in a rural area. She has a fantastic personality, and it was difficult to get to a point where I felt she needed a more specialized home. She was very feisty as a young cat, but has mellowed out in middle age. For example, as a young cat, it was difficult to get her to the vet. Now, I think she understands she needs the help and will only require a little bit of convincing. But I do believe some trust from her is required. It may depend on time to bond, but she generally likes all humans (kids too) and other pets.
