Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. THE ANIMAL RESCUE NETWORK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CAT'S ADOPTION. TO ADOPT, PLEASE CONTACT HIS FAMILY DIRECTLY USING THE CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. Fleur is a young Highland Lynx point kitten of 14 weeks. She was born without a tail and is strongly suspected of having severe Manx syndrome. She suffers from urinary incontinence, significant constipation that requires regular assistance, and may also have neurological impairment. Despite all the care we provide and her ongoing veterinary follow-up, we fear that her needs may eventually exceed what we are able to offer in the medium and long term. Fleur is full of life. She runs everywhere and makes us laugh every single day. On her own, she discovered that an empty cardboard box could become a suit of armor—she slipped underneath it and confidently walked past our other cat, who doesn't tolerate her very well. She also loves watching television and is genuinely engaged by what's happening on the screen. She adores being held, almost always sleeps beside us, and has the sweetest purr. She also does the occasional somersault—sometimes unintentionally—but it's always quite the show! Making this decision is incredibly difficult because we have become deeply attached to Fleur. Our only wish is for her to receive the very best care possible and to live in a home where her disability will be understood and managed with the attention it deserves. This message comes straight from our hearts—no AI involved.
