Story
Meet Goose Goose is an 8-year-old gentleman weighing in at just 10 lbs who is looking for a fresh start. After being surrendered due to his owner relocating, he's now hoping to find a forever home where he can settle in and be loved again. This sweet boy has an easygoing, friendly personality and enjoys the company of people—including children. Goose has not lived with other cats or dogs before, but his calm nature suggests he may adjust well with a slow, proper introduction. Goose is the kind of companion who would do well in a relaxed home where he can enjoy attention, companionship, and a comfortable place to call his own. His adoption fee is $30. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his FVRCP vaccination, rabies vaccine and FIV/FeLV negative. If you're looking for a laid-back, affectionate companion to add to your home, Goose may be the perfect fit. Apply online to meet him: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. April 24, 2026, 7:51 pm
