Story
She was rescued from a puppy mill in Fresno, and we originally took her in as a foster. She quickly became part of our family because she is such a sweet, affectionate and loving girl. Unfortunately, after moving into an apartment, we’ve realized that apartment life just isn’t the right environment for her. She is a wonderful dog who listens well, is very loving with her people, and has so much affection to give. We truly wish we could keep her, which makes this incredibly difficult. We’re looking for a loving, stable home where she can have a yard and the space she deserves to enjoy being a dog. Our biggest priority is finding someone who will love her as much as we do and give her a safe, permanent home. She is fully vaccinated and has never bitten anyone. She would make an amazing companion for the right family.

Drago is a big baby with a BIG personality! This super-squishy, cuddly boy is incredibly affectionate and loves being around his people. He’s good on leash and enjoys getting out to explore the world with his favorite humans. When he’s not busy exploring, Drago loves to play fetch and proudly carry his stuffies around. He’s playful, goofy, and full of personality — the kind of dog who will keep you smiling with his adorable antics and loving nature. Drago does have some important needs that his future family will need to understand. He resource guards his toys, so he will need an experienced handler who is comfortable managing and working with this behavior. Because Drago did not pass his playgroup testing, he will need to be the only dog in the home. Due to his resource guarding and overall handling needs, we also do not recommend Drago for a home with children. If you’re looking for a cuddly, playful, one-and-only companion with plenty of personality, Drago just might be your guy! ❤️

Lila is a beautiful Mastiff mix living her best life as our resident gentle giant and professional couch potato while she waits for her forever home 💛 This sweet girl is equal parts lover, snuggler, and car-ride breeze enthusiast. If you have a couch and a car window that rolls down halfway… congratulations, you already have two of Lila’s favorite things. With new people, Lila is a polite little introvert in a big dog body. She may play it cool at first, but once you pass her vibe check, she’ll wander over for a hand sniff and some gentle pets. Lila is still very much a baby brain inside a giant body, so she’s working on crate training, impulse control, and remembering that manners matter. She truly wants to be good… sometimes her dramatic side just makes a guest appearance. Structure, consistency, and a confident human are helping her improve every day. Lila is a mastiff mix, which means she’s a big girl with an even bigger heart. She can be a little unsure of herself at times, but with confident leadership and reassurance she settles in beautifully and bonds deeply with her people.
