Story
Callie is a long time resident of E.A.R.S. May will mark her one-year anniversary at E.A.R.S. After raising 5 babies and watching them find their fur-ever homes, Callie has been waiting for a home of her own. To help Callie find her fur-ever family, we are waiving her adoption fee. We hope you will give Callie a chance to show you how much love she has to give. Callie is an affectionate and intelligent girl. She would also make a great jogging partner. Callie loves toys. She will often carry them with her to the pond or paddock for playtime. Callie will make a wonderful addition to any family. She will need to be the only pet in the house. Callie’s new family should also have a large fenced-in yard. She will not do well in an apartment. Interested in meeting Callie? Please fill out an application for a meet and greet.

Story
We take the dogs that are adopted down...so if a dog is on the website they are available. Obedience training and fully fenced in yard is required for all our pups.   Completion certificate for training needs to be emailed once complete.  When applying pictures/videos of your fully enclosed yard is needed. Please only send inquiries to the email in this bio all others will not be answered. Please read the bio before sending questions - we answer all we know about the dog here. If the question is not answered in the bio please send emails to   info@HeidisLegacyDogRescue.com Meet Doolie, a big, lovable 'panda in dog form'! This strong, playful boy lives for a good game of fetch—tennis balls are his absolute favorite—and enjoys long, leisurely neighborhood walks. After an active day, he’s all about lounging on the couch or his bed (often on his back with his belly to the sun!). Already house-trained and skilled in 'sit' and 'stay,' Doolie is the perfect companion for an active, big-dog lover. While he’s affectionate, he doesn't know his own strength, so he’d do best in a home with older children and no cats. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes but appreciates his personal space and will let you know when he wants some alone time. Because he can pull, a no-pull leash is recommended. Whether at home or playing independently at the dog park, Doolie is ready to be your loyal, fun-loving best friend! Doolie's adoption fee is $400 - obedience training is required after adoption and fully enclosed front or backyard is also required.
