Meet Cookie, an adorable young girl who keeps toys close to her heart. She’s a lab/mastiff mix looking for a safe environment where she can get a chance to be her own, playful self. Cookie has not had an easy time lately but is ready for a home full of love and set routines. She’s quite timid around other dogs but has happily lived with a rabbit in her previous home. Her history with cats is unknown. With slow and steady introductions, it’s possible she can live with a mellow dog in the future. Cookie has been around children frequently but never lived with them. She can get quite bouncy when greeting people. We’re still getting to know Cookie and all her amazing traits, and we’re learning that her new family can expect a loving, playful and goofy girl ready for all the snuggles! She is currently in foster care gaining confidence every day. New noises and unfamiliar situations can make her a little nervous, but with calm encouragement, she relaxes and shows her goofy, affectionate side. She loves attention, leans in for pets, and is perfectly content being a big lapdog. She’s easygoing when meeting other animals on walks, staying calm and neutral. Tinkerbell thrives in a calm, spacious home where she can stretch out and feel secure. She’s wonderful with children and loves being part of a family, especially when she can lounge nearby and soak up affection. If you’re a confident, gentle handler ready to help a loving Mastiff continue to blossom, Tinkerbell will reward you with endless loyalty and love.
