Story
Nova is a 35lb adult (5yr-ish) French bulldog mix. She is incredibly sweet and affectionate and would love to find a forever home. She is still working on her housetraining (great with #1, still working on #2). She walks perfectly on a leash and adores snuggles and couch naps. She loves to show her excitement by wagging her whole body! She came into the rescue with a number of health issues - like most Frenchies - and needs an adopter who understands the financial committments of owning this wonderful, but expensive breed. She had a corneal ulcer (being treated with eye medication), a UTI (treated), unaltered (we fixed her), and with heartworms (she's on the slow kill treatment). Despite all of that, her spirit is amazing - full of love and happiness!! https://youtube.com/shorts/tdpFSLhJosk?feature=share Nova is located in Houston TX and will only be transported upon completed adoption. Her adoption fee is $500. Inquiries will not be responded to unless a completed application has been sent. You can fill out an application at www.recycleddogsrescue.org. You must fill out all of the blanks in the application - put "n/a" if one question is not applicable to you.

Story
Brownie is an 11-month-old bull terrier mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is a happy, cuddly girl who loves to play and soak up attention. Brownie gets along well with other dogs, is okay with cats, and brings lots of fun energy wherever she goes. She can be a bit strong-willed and excitable, but that just adds to her charm.Still very much a puppy, Brownie is crate trained, house trained, and already knows a variety of tricks. She is eager to learn more and loves working with her people, especially when snacks are involved. One of her favorite things is going for runs, making her an excellent running buddy. If you`re looking for a companion to help you reach your goals for the new year, Brownie is your girl. She’s playful, loyal, and ready to be by your side for every adventure. This was Brownie’s first Christmas, seeing her enjoy the excitement of unwrapping her presents & stocking all by herself is truly special moment to cherish! Story
Meet Bluto — Your New Best Friend! Bluto is a 9-year-old pup with a heart as big as his smile. He’s the perfect blend of snuggly companion and energetic adventure buddy. This sweet boy loves people and will happily curl up beside you for a cozy nap or politely wait for an invite to sleep in the bed if allowed. But don’t let his love of cuddles fool you — he’s an active guy who enjoys long walks, playtime, and exploring the world with his humans. If you’re looking for a dog who will keep you moving then keep you warm on the couch afterward, Bluto is your guy! Bluto (Blue for short) gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine friend. Because of his size, some dogs with pushy or reactive personalities may find him intimidating, even though he just wants to get along. Cats, however, are a no-go in his book. He’s also extremely food motivated, which makes training fun (but it does mean you’ll want to keep counters clear, because if it’s within reach, he considers it fair game.) He’s crate-trained and truly loves his kennel, especially when he knows you’re nearby. Bluto does best with company, whether that’s a human or another friendly dog. If you’re searching for a loyal, affectionate, goofy companion who will bring joy, laughter, and plenty of cuddles into your life, Bluto can’t wait to meet you. He’s ready to find his forever home! Bluto is a male American Bulldog mix with an estimated date of birth of 11/1/16. He weighs 76 lbs.
