You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.    If you are interested in adopting this dog, please complete an online application at www.cvrr.us Due to high demand  we anticipate multiple applications for each dog. Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone. Calling or emailing us to see if you are being considered will not expedite the process. If you have been selected for an interview we will contact you within 48 hours of submission. Thanks for your patience.  Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other  Saturday between 10 and 2. Story
This is Leia. She is a very sweet girl. Very loving and playful. Enjoys fetch and playing with other dogs. She definitely has small dog syndrome but in the cutest way. She is great with other dogs and is very loyal. When we first rescued her she was very shy and timid but over time she really opened up. She is kennel trained as well. Good off leash and on leash. Loves camping. I hate to rehome her but my Heeler/Pit mix is very aggressive towards her and it’s not fair to her. She’s extremely submissive and knows basic commands. I hope you can love her as a forever home. She will come with her bed, blanket, and kennel as well as some dog food to help her adjust.
