At 13 years young, Sunnie is a sweet senior lady that will instantly make you smile. She may be in her golden years, but she still trots around with pep in her step and a bright, happy spirit that truly lives up to her name. She’s not much of a fan of the crate, but give her a cozy space of her own and she settles in nicely. Her favorite place in the whole world? Right in your lap. She’s a devoted cuddle bug who would happily spend hours soaking up love and giving it right back. She’s had quite a few teeth removed, but that just makes her little smile even more charming. After being abandoned at a senior living facility, Sunnie is ready for a forever home filled with warmth, kindness, and plenty of snuggle time. She’s proof that senior dogs have so much love left to give, and she’s ready to spend her golden years as someone’s loyal little shadow.

I acquired Teddy when he was a puppy. He is currently about 1½ years old and weighs around 19lbs. We were told he was a purebred toy poodle. He appears to be a mini poodle mix (possibly mixed with another small breed). He has the poodle look and coat but may not be 100% purebred. He is friendly, energetic, and very people-oriented. He enjoys attention, playtime, and being involved in whatever his humans are doing. He thrives on interaction and companionship. He’s smart, young, and very adoptable — he just needs an environment that can match his energy and give him consistent engagement. He lives with another dog and a cat. Plays rough/high-energy with the dog (playful, not aggressive) and is gentle with the cat. Can be sensitive about food and rough handling — may react if a child tries to take food or handles him improperly. Best with older kids or adults. Needs an attentive home with exercise, structure, and routine vet care.
