QUICK FACTS Name: Ashe Age: Around 11 months old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Schnauzer mix Color: Grey  Weight: 8.5kg / 18.7lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I once roamed the streets on my own, surviving on whatever I could find, even cat food. Despite having to defend myself, I stayed friendly and gentle with people. Thankfully, kind rescuers found me and brought me to a care facility. Now I’m safe, learning what love feels like, and waiting for my forever family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m a high-energy girl who loves to play with my dog friends and can’t help but jump up with happiness when I meet new people. I’m even cuter in person – I promise! I’m naturally curious and tend to adjust to new environments fairly quickly.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m super friendly with people and love greeting new faces with lots of happy energy—sometimes I get so excited I’ll jump up to give kisses! I’ll need continued guidance to help me manage my enthusiasm so I don’t come on too strong. That said, I’m gentle with kids and comfortable being picked up, making me a sweet and affectionate companion. · With Dogs: I love meeting new friends and playing with them! I do best with dog buddies who share my high energy, and I get along well with dogs of all sizes. · With Cats: My full reaction to cats is still being observed, but a cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best match. During walks, I tend to ignore cats and stay focused on my handler.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I’m a high-energy girl who needs plenty of running and outdoor time before settling nicely indoors. I love to stay on the move, exploring everything around me with curiosity and enthusiasm.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food around people, but I can be sensitive when other dogs are nearby during mealtime and may growl to advocate for my space. I can bark when I want attention, but I also know how to rest calmly in my kennel. I walk well on leash, understand the concept of parallel walking, and I’m eager to learn—especially since I have a big appetite and love working for treats!   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. A family that can shower me with love and attention. A family that understands that I am an active girl and willing to exercise me and spend lots of time outdoors. A family that understands I can be sensitive around food when other dogs are nearby, and is willing to provide continued management and training to help me learn patience and feel more secure.     SPECIAL NOTES I’m considered a level 2 rescue dog, which means I’ll need a few days to a week to settle into a new environment. I’m a resilient girl and usually stay confident during walks—and even if something startles me, I bounce back quickly. I have so much potential, and with the right family by my side, I know I’ll truly shine. For my safety, I will need to be double-leashed with a harness and collar at in the beginning while I adjust to my new family, so I don’t accidentally slip out when outside.   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2612550##

Story
Hi, my name is Nyx 🤍 I’m a Schnauzer–Maltese mix boy, about 1 year old, and I weigh around 5kg (11 lb). I’m still very young—just beginning to learn what the world is like. I was rescued from an animal hoarding situation. More than 80 dogs were crowded into a small space where it was hard to even breathe. There was no protection, no arms to hold me. I survived each day by quietly protecting myself. Anxiety was part of everyday life. Even food meant competition. In that place, I didn’t cry, and I didn’t hope—I just endured, silently. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought to a training center. The good news is that my body is surprisingly healthy. But in my heart, traces of that past still remain, making me a little cautious at first. When I first arrived, I was shy and unsure. But with treats and gentle patience, I slowly began to come closer. It turns out I missed human touch more than anyone realized. I really wanted to be held, to feel warmth— and I show that longing with my whole little heart. In new environments, I may seem timid at first. But if you give me just a little time, I’ll come to you on my own and quietly ask, “Please love me.” I’ve never lived alone before, so I may have some separation anxiety. That’s why I’m hoping for a home where someone can be with me often and help me feel safe. I get along well with other dogs and know how to interact gently without conflict. Everything about home life is new to me. Living inside a house, going on walks, spending ordinary days with people— I’m learning all of it, one step at a time. I’m only one year old. Still so young, and only now beginning to discover the world. I’m looking for a family who will teach me with love, who won’t scold me for mistakes, and who will gently say, “It’s okay.” I’m a dog who deeply longs for human love. Affectionate, sweet, and always looking to my person. I’m waiting— for a forever family who will hold me in their warm arms and never let me go 🤍

Story
Hi, my name is Schuna🤍 I’m a female Schnauzer, weighing about 5kg (11 lb), and I’m only one year old—still just a baby. I was rescued from an animal hoarding situation. More than 80 dogs were crammed into a tiny space where it was hard to breathe. There were no arms to hold me, no one to protect me. I had to survive by guarding myself, all on my own. Every day was filled with anxiety. Every moment felt like competition. In that place, I didn’t even cry— I just endured… and endured again. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought to a training center. After my health check, everyone was surprised— my body was miraculously healthy. But in my heart, those memories are still deeply there. The moment I saw my trainer for the first time, I clung to their leg, almost desperately, begging to be touched. That’s how much I had missed human hands. That’s how badly I wanted to be held. With my tiny body, I was pouring out my whole heart. I truly love people. I’m very affectionate, I focus only on my person, and I find comfort and safety in human touch. I’ve never lived alone before, so I do have separation anxiety. That’s why I’m hoping for a home where someone can be with me most of the time, helping me feel secure. I get along well with other dogs, and I know how to socialize gently without fighting. Everything about home life is new to me. Living in a house, going on walks, spending ordinary days with people— I’m learning all of it, step by step. I’m only one year old, still so young. I’m looking for a family who will teach me with love, who won’t scold me when I make mistakes, and who will softly say, “It’s okay.” I’m a dog who wants to be loved— deeply, desperately. Affectionate, devoted, a dog who knows only people. Now, I hope for a day when I don’t have to cling and beg for love, but can naturally curl up in arms that are truly mine. I’m waiting— for a family who will hold me warmly and never let me go 🤍
