Story
Buccee is a very intelligent, loyal dog who came to us after my fiancée’s mom passed away. We inherited him because his original caretaker—my fiancée’s sister—told us she could keep him but later admitted she wasn’t allowed to have dogs in her apartment. He’s a smart boy who learns quickly and wants to please, but he needs more time and attention inside a home than we can realistically provide. We already have three indoor dogs and a cat, so keeping him inside full-time just isn’t possible. When he’s indoors and uncrated, he tends to bark a lot and has accidents, so for now we’ve had to keep him mostly outside or in a crate when he’s in the house. He’s not a bad dog—he’s just a dog who never got the structure, consistency, and training he needed early on, especially with everything that happened after his original owner passed. With the right environment, patience, and someone who can give him the one-on-one time he deserves, Buccee has the potential to be an amazing companion.

Story
Stitch is VERY affectionate and in sync with his humans everyday, no matter what. If you’re going to lay around all day then so is he. If you want to go on an hour walk, he’s ready to go too. He is just happy to be with you. He does very well with kids, as long as they don’t antagonize him. 🙂 I have 10 and 11 yr old kids- never a problem. A year ago we got a puppy who is now 75 pounds. She is A LOT and unfortunately, he hates her even though she loves him! He has become increasingly stressed over the past year. He would do so well in a home with no other dogs or cats. Stitch is very smart and obedient, which is important in any pet home. His fave thing to do is fetch a ball. He will do it for as long as you’ll throw it. We are sad for him to go however, we want him to have a happy life where he can get the attention he needs and deserves. Right now he is traumatized daily by a giant rowdy puppy in his face. *I have his Wisdom Panel dna report as well!

Story
Betsy may be a senior, but she’s got plenty of bounce left in her step! She’s calm, loving, and gets along beautifully with other dogs. While others want the younger pups, Betsy quietly waits.. her tail still wagging with hope. She may have a few gray hairs, but her heart is pure gold. She’s the kind of dog who will look at you with those wise eyes and make you wonder how you ever lived without her.
