Story
Sophie is doing wonderfully in her foster home and has truly come out of her shell. She’s very social now and loves running around the backyard, with excellent house manners and no accidents indoors. She adores lap time and is happiest when she’s close to her people. At bedtime, Sophie settles into her crate and may whine briefly, but having her crate in the bedroom where she can see you helps her relax. A sweet and funny quirk—she enjoys watching TV, especially when dogs appear on the screen. Sophie would make a loving, affectionate companion for a home ready to enjoy her gentle, cuddly nature. If you’re ready for a meet and greet, kick off the process with an application at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt. Our application is thorough but there are no right or wrong answers. We just want to make sure you and the pet are the perfect match. Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period. . If you are located outside of Texas, we offer transportation services and have happy families as references. We value transparency, so don’t be afraid to ask us anything.

Story
Meet Gaia!Gaia is ready for her forever home!!She is a precious schnauzer and poodle mix. She`s a petite 5yr old who`s ready to retire to suburbs! After being a breeder momma she`s doing a great job adjusting new humans and a relaxed K9 Crew.Fully recovered from recent spay and dental now she`s exploring and opening up to new experiences. She spent her life producing litter after litter until her recent rescue. She`s going to need patience and time to be a dog!! She is working on potty training and wears a diaper when inside unsupervised. She does not love the crate, but tolerates it. She loves lap time and treats. She`s a little timid at first, but definitely looking to be loved on. She loves to sleep with you and does well w/other dogs. She would do best in a home with older children. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Dutches!Dutches is a 4 year old, very sweet schnauzer mix girl who is both affectionate and loyal. She loves attention and being close to her people, which is understandable after she found herself surrendered to a shelter. She gets along with children, but prefers older children.Dutches gets along with other dogs, though she can be territorial at times, and would do best with structure and guidance. She is ready for a stable, loving home where she can feel secure and truly thrive. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
