If love had a personality, it would look a lot like Pesto. This sweet little guy is pure affection wrapped in fur. Pesto is a certified Velcro dog who believes personal space is optional and cuddling is mandatory. If you stop petting him, don’t worry, he’ll politely remind you by reaching out and petting you right back. Yes, really. Consent is negotiable in Pesto’s world when it comes to affection. He adores people, thrives on companionship, and wants nothing more than to be close to his human at all times. Couch time, bedtime, lazy Sundays, quick kitchen trips, he’s your tiny, devoted shadow. Pesto gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and does great with cats too. He walks nicely on a leash and is an easygoing, all around good boy who just wants love and a cozy place to belong. Xavier is a little senior gentleman who somehow ended up as a stray and landed in a shelter. How that happened, we will never understand. What we do know is that a loud, scary shelter was no place for a small blind boy, so he came straight to Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary where he could finally exhale. Let’s clear this up right now. Xavier being blind does not slow him down. Not even a little. He gets around beautifully, knows his surroundings, and carries himself with quiet confidence. His blindness does not define him and it certainly does not limit his independence. Xavier is sweet, gentle, and deeply devoted to his person. Being close makes him feel safe, so he would love a home where someone is around more than not. He is not demanding, just loyal. Think constant companion energy without the chaos. He is working on potty training in his foster home and making progress. He does well with other dogs and cats and would fit nicely into a calm household. Xavier is the kind of dog who will quietly change your life by simply being beside you. If you are looking for a loving little shadow and a true soul dog, Xavier is your guy.
