Hi there! My name is Ellie, I am a 2 year old, female, maltese, and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm still a little shy, but once I feel comfortable, I will want all your love and attention. I like to be held and to sit on laps. I will most likely fall asleep on you, but don't worry you can still do the things you need to get done. As long as I'm with you, I'll be comfortable, and want to stay put. I love being around people, especially if it's one on one time with my owner, so we can cuddle. We can watch whatever show or movie you want, I'm not picky. I look forward to meeting you! Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission. Hope to see you soon!
