Story
Pee Wee is a sweet senior dog (14) who loves to sit on your lap or next to you as much as possible. He does cherish and play with his toys at times. He belonged to my stepmother who recently passed. He is fine with older kids who don’t spook or grab him unexpectedly, but not ideally suited to toddlers, etc. He is great with other pets. He has been regularly groomed but not sure about shots, registration etc. He will do his business outside if let out regularly. No known health issues, although is not too good anymore with lots of stairs. If you just want a great lap companion, he might be just right for you.

Story
Theo is a rescue about 10/11 yo. He is incredibly loyal and snuggly. He loves to play outside, with his toys, and go on walks. He never says no to a nap or sitting on his chair monitoring the block. He loves treats from his toddler brother and is very good with him but is older and looking for a quieter environment. He takes Zonisamide twice daily for seizures and they are well treated. He was hit by a car in 2024 and suffered a herniated diaphragm and fractured pelvis but you would never know. He also had extensive dental work in 2025 for dental decay and is doing well. He can be yappy, stubborn and territorial like most Yorkies. Theo is incredibly loved and has such a sweet personality but as our family grows, it has become apparent that he is ready for his own next chapter. Kids-good with older kids Cats-never been around them Annual appt-vaccines due asap
