Story
Meet Taffy Taffy is 4 years old, full of love, and ready to find her forever home! She’s crate trained, leash trained, rides great in the car, and has no trouble with stairs. After surgery to fix a broken hip, she’s back to running, playing, and enjoying life. She’s super affectionate and absolutely believes she’s a lap dog. Taffy is currently in a foster home, so if you’re interested, please complete an application and we’ll schedule a meet and greet. Apply here: www.icarearkansas.com/application Taffy is best in a home with kids over 15. She can be food and toy possessive, so she’d do well as an only dog or with an experienced adopter who’s ready to work with her. Taffy’s sweet, loyal, and full of personality. Let’s help her find the perfect fit!

Story
Mikey came to us with his brother, Monroe.  They are an owner surrender and we were told the parents were Mountain Dog and Heeler.  Mikey has been outside in a pen all of his life and not given much attention, so he is a little shy. He doesn't potty in his pen here, so would be easy to housetrain. Mikey loves to go for walks and chew on bones. He is a pretty neat guy once you get to know him.  If you have any questions or would like to come meet Mikey, please go to our website www.schspets.org and complete an adoption application. We will contact you after that! November 5, 2024, 10:35 am
