Story
Meet Chupey, an energetic 2-year-old Plott Hound mix in search of his forever home. If you’re into outdoor adventures, Chupey’s your guy- he lives for sniffy walks and never misses a chance to put his nose to work. He walks nicely on leash but might pull when excited. He can get a little bouncy when he’s excited, but he settles down pretty quickly. He responds when you call his name and comes to you. He likes treats and will sit like a pro for them, taking them gently every time. Not much into toys? Neither is Chupey, but he enjoys chasing after balls (just don’t expect him to bring them back!). His happy tail wags so hard it creates its own rhythm—a true booty wiggle champion! Bonus: He’s a social butterfly with people and other dogs, plus you’ll always know when someone’s at the door thanks to his classic hound bark.Ready for endless sniffy adventures and loyalty that’ll warm your heart? Come meet Chupey and see if he’s your perfect match!Chupey has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog?
