Story
Does your dog need a buddy? Do you want a guardian to protect you from all delivery people? Well, Nehi is your gal! She wants to be with her people and dogs, but is content to curl up in the room with everyone rather than being RIGHT next to you. She's just the easiest housemate ever. Nehi is crate trained, but her foster stopped crating her as she's very trustworthy and responsible. Her "outdoorsy" spirit shines through in her love for walks! She has been treated for heartworms and her foster family was THRILLED to see her feeling so well, she broke out in her first round of ZOOMIES recently with her doggy pals!! This sweet girl possesses a calm and gentle nature, though a touch of shyness reminds us of her former life where she was chained up in a yard around the clock. Nehi is a truly exceptional dog. Beneath her initial shyness lies a heart brimming with love, just waiting for the comfort and security of her forever home to fully blossom. Could you be the one to offer this deserving girl the happy ending she so deserves?

Story
We got her when she was 9 weeks old in the Walmart parking lot. She turns 3 March 31 2026, she has issues with our other dogs and she recourse guards me and my husbands bedroom from both dogs and people. She has never bit anyone and the fights with the dogs have never resulted in an injured dog. She limps on her back left leg sometimes, we aren't sure why and just cant afford to find out right now. My husband is joining the military and we aren't sure where we will be and are worried we wont be able to take her because she's a pit bull. I'm also pregnant and we are worried she will have a problem with the baby being in the bedroom. We are hoping to find someone who can train her or can pay for her to be trained and can afford better vet care for her. She's an extremely sweet dog and I truly believe if she was properly trained and cared for she wouldn't have any problems at all. She loves to play with ropes and squeaky toys. She constantly wants to lick you and she loves cuddles.

Patch is a friendly, loving companion! He is 2yo and weighs 45lbs. He is housebroken/UTD on shots. We’re heartbroken to rehome him, but our family situation has changed and we can’t give him the time and attention he deserves. He loves his people and will do best in a home where people are frequently home during the day or with another high-energy dog to play with. He knows sit/stay/place and does not like being crated. He loves exploring, chewing bones, and snuggling! He does best on high-fiber food. We will give his bowls, leash, etc. to his new family.

Story
I adopted him from the SPCA of Wake County. He is a very sweet, friendly dog who just wants attention and love. He’s still young, full of energy, and loves to play outside. He does well with people and enjoys being around his family. I’m looking for a home that can give him the time, space, and attention he deserves preferably someone with a yard or an active lifestyle. He would make a great companion for someone who likes walks, playtime, and being outdoors. He is loving, energetic, curious, and very loyal. He just needs a family who can keep up with him and give him the consistency and care he needs.
