Barrett (A138022) is a 1-year-old mixed breed dog who weighed nearly 40 lbs at intake!01/10/26 This handsome guy is Barrett! Barrett arrived at the shelter as a stray and was subsequently surrendered. We do not know much information about Barrett's past. While at the shelter, he has been eager to greet all members of the care staff. He has also seemed eager to see his canine neighbors. Please make sure any and all introductions with other animals are done in a slow and controlled manner. Barrett has tried hard to keep his kennel clean while at the shelter, but he has had some accidents here so he may need some reminders on potty training. Barrett arrived at the shelter after being loose for over a week and very frightened. His next home should keep this in mind and make sure to keep Barrett supervised or secured when outside.
